Welcome to Mission Valley Veterinary Clinic.

We want to thank each and every one of you for the care and concern you gave to our Eli. We know, sometimes, he wasn’t the easiest kitty to work with, because he carried with him some of his feral behavior of long ago. Eli bestowed upon us the privilege of being the only humans he really trusted and was relaxed around and because of this we were able to see and enjoy Eli’s loving personality. Our Eli (12 wks old when we trapped him – wild as can be) inadvertently walked into our hearts, graced our backyard and shared with us his thoughts concerning events of the day for over 15 years. To us he was a kitty that enjoyed hugs and squeezes and could never receive enough of these along with kisses. Thank you for always being there for us and Eli.

Meet Our Staff
Alida Swafford, Head Technician
I joined MVVC in September of 2000 after 2 years of experience working in the veterinary field. My furry family consists of two felines, Cootie and Wolfie. While I enjoy working with dogs, cats and birds, I have particular interest in zoo animals and marine biology. I plan on returning to college next year to become licensed and from there continuing my education to become a marine biologist.

Sheri Rogers, Registered Veterinary Technician
I was first introduced to MVVC in 2005 through school.  I fell in love with the staff, clients and their furry families. I worked at MVVC part time until school was done, completed my externship, then was hired on full time. I passed my national and state exams in 2006. My husband and I are the proud parents of our sweet baby boy, two hyperactive Jack Russel Terrier mixes, “Skotia” and “Brodi,” and three very curious cats, “Michael,” “Lily,” and “Midge.” In addition to working at MVVC, I enjoy camping, fishing and spending time at home with our rather large family.

Stacey Littrell, Registered Veterinary Technician
I have worked at Mission Valley for 5 1/2 years. I started out as a student through Western Career College. I had my clinical rotation here and my externship. After completion of school I was hired on full time. I have a wonderful 7 year old boxer, "Pippin." I love working for MVVC. We have a wonderful staff, great clients and pets.

Jessica Quezada, Veterinary Technician
Hola! I work at MVVC after school and on the weekends. My partner and I are the proud owners of 2 odd ball cats named Luna & Bogart. I do not like long walks on the beach, but I do love to watch a great movie. Hope to see you in the clinic soon so I could give you a great Hello!

Cathy Dutra, Veterinary Technician

Tiffanie Love, Veterinary Technician
Hello!  My name is Tiffanie Love and I have been working in the veterinary field since 2003.  My favorite part of being a veterinary technician is interacting with the patients and clients to strengthen the human-animal bond. I have a miniature poodle named Teddy, a snowshoe cat named Snootch, a ball python named Monty and will soon be adopting 3 cockatiels. As you can tell I LOVE animals!  I’m also recently engaged and my fiancé Marc and I are planning to marry Halloween 2009!

Julie Bromann, Office Manager
I came to MVVC after moving back to the Bay Area from Orlando, FL, where I was office manager at Kindred Spirits Animal Clinic. My furry family consists of 2 lovable mutts and 2 wonderful kitties. My love for animals and knowledge of their care continues to grow and I look forward to build on my experience with the clients of MVVC.

Maleia Sunseri, Receptionist

Julie Petrie, Receptionist
I have worked as a receptionist, technician, and office manager for Mission Valley Vet Clinic since April of 1996. During my tenure at MVVC I explored my other career options outside of the veterinary field, however, my love for animals has always brought me back to MVVC. Recently I started Peace of Mind Pet & Home Care. Working with the doctors, staff, clients, & patients of MVVC has been a challenging & exciting learning experience. Owning my own pet sitting business has given me the opportunity to bring the professionalism, knowledge, & compassion that I have gained from working at MVVC into the best possible place for a pet to be: home.
